 During the Model A Mail Truck era, many of the mail trucks had governors installed to prevent the drivers from "speeding" on their routes.

 This is an example of a Model A era governor, not necessarily the model installed on mail trucks.

Richmond Bell (he was one of the founders of the Postal A's) is sort of Mr. Model A down on the Cape. He used to run a Model A parts business but retired some yeas ago but hasn't lost his love for Model A's. In addition to the coupe and his Mail Truck he has a 157" W/B truck and a pretty phenomenal Model A knowledge.
